Welcome to A Yummy Future Kids Cooking Studio! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and participation in our classes, events, and services. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Our cooking classes and events are designed for children and families. Participants under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian’s consent to enroll.

3. Registration and Payment

All class and event registrations must be completed through our website.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure a spot.
All payments are processed exclusively through our registration platform.
All sales are final, and refunds will only be issued according to our Cancellation Policy.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class may receive a full refund or credit for a future class.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class due to grocery and supply purchases. Credit towards another class will be applied only if requested.
If A Yummy Future cancels a class, participants will receive a full refund or credit.
A Yummy Future LLC reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, instructor emergencies). In such cases, a full refund or class credit will be provided.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in our cooking classes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved, including but not limited to the use of sharp objects, hot surfaces, open flames, and various food ingredients. A Yummy Future LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, damages, or losses incurred during participation in any of our programs, including classes, events, or related activities.

Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s safety and well-being while attending our classes. By enrolling in our programs, you expressly waive and release A Yummy Future LLC from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation. Participants and their guardians acknowledge that A Yummy Future LLC does not provide medical insurance or coverage for injuries sustained during classes.

It is the responsibility of participants and guardians to notify A Yummy Future LLC in writing of any medical conditions, food allergies, or other concerns before attending any class. Despite precautions, cross-contact with allergens may occur, and A Yummy Future LLC cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Class Participation & Supervision Policy

Parents are welcome to stay or drop off students aged 6 and beyond.
For younger students, parental or guardian supervision is required.
Instructors will provide students with up to three warnings for disruptive behavior. A Yummy Future LLC reserves the right to remove participants engaging in inappropriate conduct without a refund.

7. COVID-19 and Health Safety Policy

A Yummy Future Kids Cooking Studio follows all CDC health and safety guidelines. We maintain strict sanitation procedures and encourage all participants to practice proper hygiene. If you or your child experience any symptoms of illness, please do not attend class and notify us at hello@ayummyfuture.com.

8. Medical Emergency Policy

In the event of a medical emergency, A Yummy Future LLC staff may seek emergency medical attention on behalf of the participant. By enrolling, parents or guardians authorize A Yummy Future LLC to take reasonable measures in case of an emergency. Any costs associated with medical treatment are the responsibility of the participant or guardian.

9. Photo & Video Release

A Yummy Future LLC may take photos and videos during classes for marketing and promotional purposes. By registering for our programs, you grant us permission to use these images and recordings. If you do not wish to have your child photographed or recorded, please indicate this on the registration form or notify us in writing before the class.

10. Class Transfers Policy

You may transfer your booking to another individual up to 84 hours before the session.
Written permission must be provided to A Yummy Future LLC for approval.

11. Missed Classes & Make-Up Policy

If your child cannot attend a class, email us at hello@ayummyfuture.com to discuss make-up options.
Make-up sessions are not guaranteed but will be accommodated when possible.

12. Gift Cards & Discounts

Gift cards are available for purchase on our registration platform.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

13. Equipment & Supplies Usage

All tools, utensils, and equipment must be used responsibly and remain the property of A Yummy Future LLC unless otherwise stated.
Participants receive material bags, which they may take home.
Any intentional damage to A Yummy Future LLC property may result in additional charges.

14. Parental Responsibility

Parents/guardians are responsible for dropping off and picking up their children on time.
A Yummy Future LLC is not responsible for supervising children outside of scheduled class times.

15. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

We strive to accommodate dietary needs, but due to shared cooking environments, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free experience.
Please inform us of any allergies before registering for a class.

16. Intellectual Property

All recipes, materials, and content provided in our classes and on our website are the property of A Yummy Future LLC.
These materials may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

17. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy.
Personal information collected during registration is used solely to facilitate participation in our programs.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

18. Modifications to Terms

A Yummy Future LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from participation in our programs shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court in California.
Legal proceedings must be initiated in Los Angeles County, California.
By enrolling, participants waive the right to a jury trial.
